Salary: $85,000 - $100,000 per year

As an estimator on our team, you will be responsible for estimating projects and handling preconstruction tasks, including conceptual and competitive bid estimates, while coordinating with project managers, support teams, and clients to ensure accuracy. Responsibilities include preparing detailed bid proposals, managing subcontractor communications, and assisting with pricing, value engineering, and project turnovers.

MUST HAVE:

• BS in a related field OR equivalent professional experience
• 2+ years of civil construction experience
• Estimating

NICE TO HAVE:

• Agtek or Earthwork modeling software
• MS Project or Primavera
• Electronic takeoff ability
