Job Details
  1. Develop, test, and implement new manufacturing processes, systems, and technologies to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality.
  2. Conduct detailed product development processes including design, prototyping, testing, and production.
  3. Utilize AutoCAD and SolidWorks for drafting, modeling, and simulating mechanical systems and components.
  4. Manage projects effectively, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications.
  5. Design and implement hydraulic and pneumatic automation systems to optimize manufacturing processes.
  6. Work with PLC systems to control machinery and processes, ensuring efficient operation and troubleshooting any issues.
  7. Conduct mechanical testing of materials, components, and systems to assess performance and durability.
  8. Prepare detailed engineering drawings and specifications, ensuring that they meet industry standards and project requirements.
  9. Prototype new products and systems, conducting thorough testing and analysis to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  10. Conduct engineering analysis of systems and components, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the Manufacturing industry.
  3. Proficient in the use of AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
  4. Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and product development.
  5. Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic automation systems.
  6. Familiarity with PLC systems and their application in a manufacturing setting.
  7. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  8. Experience with mechanical testing and engineering analysis.
  9. Excellent problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail.
  10. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
