Global industry leader is seeking an experienced Process R&D Scientist for their Texas site!
Focus: In your role as a Process Scientist, you will assume a technical leader role in Epoxy Process Research with responsibility for working cross-functionally and globally to develop and improve chemical processes.
Process Scientist Essential Job Functions:
Lead projects related to development of new and improved chemical manufacturing processes.Develop fundamental understanding of chemical manufacturing processes and identify opportunities for optimization.Utilize experimentation, analytical methods, modeling, and other tools in support of projects and opportunities.Define processes and supporting scale-up from lab to pilot and manufacturing scales.Develop effective experimental plans.
