Job Description: Ultrasound TechnologistLocation: Milton, MAContract Duration: 10/14/24 to 01/11/25Weekly Hours: 40 hours/weekShift: 8-hour night shifts, 11:00 PM - 07:30 AMSchedule: Weekends required

Requirements:

COVID-19 vaccination (including booster) and flu vaccination required (medical exemptions only).Proficiency in carotid artery scanning preferred.No local travelers will be accepted (must reside more than 50 miles from the facility).Duties and Responsibilities:Operate ultrasound equipment independently to produce and process high-quality images.Familiarity with emergency equipment; respond to emergencies and document/report incidents as needed.Maintain a clean work area and adhere to infection control protocols.Organize daily work schedules and assist in inventory management and supply orders.Communicate effectively with reception staff to minimize patient wait times and enhance satisfaction.Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure quality and continuity of care.Report equipment malfunctions to the Director and initiate/document service calls.Supervise and document quality control and assurance activities.Transport patients as needed.Provide on-call coverage and work various shifts as assigned to meet departmental needs.Qualifications:Graduate of an accredited Sonography program.Registered or registry eligible in Abdomen, Physics, or Cardiac Sonography.Preferred proficiency in carotid artery scanning.About TalentBurst, Inc
