Shift Breakdown:
5x8 hrs
72 Hours Biweekly on all Assignments these guaranteed hours do not include any on-call time workedComment:COVID+BOOSTER AND FLU REQUIRED (only medical exemptions accepted) -- 20H per week position - schedule will be 2-8H shifts, 11pm-7:30am and 1-4H shift 11pm-3am-- Proficiency in Carotid Artery Scanning preferred- DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for all technical aspects of the exam. Must be able to independently operate ultrasound equipment to produce and process images. Must be familiar with emergency equipment and supplies within the department and respond/document/report emergencies. Maintain clean work area and adhere to infection control standards. Organize work schedule on a daily basis, assist in maintaining inventory and order supplies as needed. Communicate with reception staff to minimize waiting to ensure patient satisfaction. Collaborate, cooperates and communicate with other healthcare providers to ensure quality and continuity of care. Report equipment malfunctions to Director. Initiate/document service calls for equipment. Supervise and document quality control and assurance. Transport patients as needed. Provide on-call coverage and/or work various shifts as assigned to meet department needs. QUALIFICATIONS: Candidate must be a graduate of an accredited program in Sonography registered or registry eligible in the fields of Abdomen, Physics or Cardiac sonography. Proficiency in Carotid Artery Scanning preferred -- NO local travelers will be accepted (cannot reside within 50 mi from the facility)--- Manager to interview and offer -- Please provide dates and times available for interview at time of submission --ALL RTO REQUESTS MUST BE PRESENTED AT TIME OF SUBAbout Summit Medical Staffing Allied
