It is one of the highest and most critical positions within the organization, positioned for succession and future leadership of the firm.Responsibilities:Raising capital and building relationships with investors, joint venture partners, lenders, and other key external stakeholders.Identifying, evaluating, and acquiring new assets.Collaborating closely with the CEO and Executive Management Team on strategic initiatives such as vision and strategy development, leadership succession, capital planning, investment decisions, and other key company priorities.Overseeing financial performance and risk management while ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.Leading the development and launch of new products and services.Managing brand growth and implementing successful marketing strategies.Ensuring quality standards are met through effective business processes aligned with regulatory guidelines.Conducting regular financial and operational reviews, participating in strategic planning, and driving company-wide initiatives.Monitoring company performance, analyzing results, implementing corrective actions, and mitigating any discrepancies.Maintaining a positive and productive work environment that aligns with the company's mission, vision, and values.Developing effective recruitment, training, and compensation strategies to retain top talent, and mentoring staff to empower them in delivering exceptional client service.Overseeing risk and portfolio management to safeguard the firms foundational portfolio.Representing the company at key business functions, community events, industry conferences, and networking opportunities.Leading the acquisitions team and managing the departments operations.Qualifications:10+ years of experience with a proven history of raising equity capital to support the firms growth objectives.Has a diverse investment background with experience in various investment strategies and asset types across different markets.Demonstrates strong knowledge in asset finance and is capable of identifying and pursuing capital opportunities strategically.Skilled in managing risk, diversifying portfolios, and creating value by leveraging the firms vertical integration.Recognized as a savvy investor with a deep understanding of the investor perspective and extensive experience in capital raising.Maintains a robust network of capital sources and has a solid reputation as a trusted fiduciary.Exhibits natural leadership and business-building skills, with a proactive, entrepreneurial approach.Team-oriented with exceptional communication skills, able to lead a department and drive firm-wide excellence.Demonstrates analytical rigor and a strong commitment to ethical integrity.Committed to upholding and fostering the firms vibrant and collaborative culture, which is integral to its ongoing success.
