This is a full-time position that operates on a hybrid work schedule. Candidates must be available to come into the office at the Baltimore headquarters from Monday to Wednesday.Warschawski is seeking a dedicated, self-motivated, and ambitious Junior Web Developer with an eye for detail to join an award winning creative team. The ideal candidate must possess strong technical, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, and must exhibit exceptional follow-through.In addition to developing, testing, launching, and maintaining websites, your duties will include assisting with user experience research and early strategy, participating in internal and client design critiques, and assisting the digital marketing team to deliver high-quality work.Responsibilities:Front-End Development:

Create interactive and responsive user interfaces that align with design specifications.WordPress Theme Development:

Customize and develop WordPress themes using HTML, CSS, JavScript, and PHP.Plugin Integration:

Integrate and customize WordPress plugins to enhance website functionality.Analytics and Tracking:

Assist the digital marketing team with implementation and management of tools like, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, to track website traffic, user behavior, and conversions.Problem-Solving:

Troubleshoot and debug front-end issues within the WordPress environment and digital marketing tools.Collaboration:

Work closely with designers, developers, digital marketers, and other team members to deliver high-quality work.Learning and Growth:

Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and technologies.Qualifications:Strong foundation in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (jQuery)Working knowledge of PHP (WordPress)CLI and build tools (Git, Gulp, Webpack, etc.)Experience with digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager)Understanding of responsive web developmentKnowledge and appreciation of design principlesAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPassion for creating exceptional user experiencesBachelors Degree (or 4+ years of relevant work experience)Bonus Points:Experience with version control systems (Git)Experience with CSS preprocessors (Less, Sass)Experience with web accessibility (WCAG)Experience with other analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)Understanding of SEO principlesJoin our team and be part of building amazing websites!Salary commensurate with experience.
