Responsibilities
Support attorneys in all aspects of real estate transactions, including drafting, reviewing, and organizing documents such as deeds, leases, purchase agreements, and title documents.
Conduct thorough title and survey reviews, coordinate closings, and ensure proper recording of real estate documents.
Perform due diligence, including researching property records, liens, zoning, and other real estate matters.
Manage closing checklists, prepare closing binders, and coordinate post-closing follow-up.
Assist with the preparation of documents for commercial and residential real estate transactions, including financing documents.
Conduct legal research and assist with regulatory compliance related to real estate matters.
Maintain and organize case files, ensuring all documents are up to date and easily accessible.
