Onboarding Specialist
to support the seamless integration of contractor onboarding, training compliance and specialty contractor administration.Job Description:Oversee MSA onboarding and recurring deadlines such as TSRs, MSA Renewals and Annual Rate ChangesAssist with the onboarding/offboarding of Vendor/Integrator employeesConduct orientations and work with Vendor/Integrator Managers to ensure ongoing compliance with PGE ProcessesCollaborate with HR and management to create and implement onboarding plansProvide necessary training and resources to new Vendor/Integrator StaffWork with Vendor/Integrators to ensure proper Safety Procedures are followed and records filed appropriately (i.e., tailboards, PSSPs, etc.)Monitor and report on the effectiveness of onboarding, offboarding, training and safety programs for Vendor/Integrator StaffFacilitate a welcoming and inclusive onboarding experiencePosition Requirements:Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsExperience with contractsMust be able to create and implement comprehensive onboarding/offboarding programFamiliarity with HR software and digital tools (particularly Fieldglass and SAP Tools)Strong organizational and time management skillsConde Group
