Selectek is looking for a Purchasing Manager to begin working with a great client of ours in Canton, GA immediately. This candidate will be responsible for overseeing the procurement of raw materials, components, outside services, and supplies necessary for production.Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is very highly preferred10+ years in procurement or purchasing management, with a focus on manufacturing environments.Strong negotiation and communication skills.Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.Understanding of manufacturing processes and supply chain management.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.Experience with Epicor is a plus. Otherwise, any ERP or MRP program will sufficeMust reside and be eligible to work in the United States
