Description: NSI requires a Journeyman Acquisition Specialist/Management Analyst for a contingent contract to support PMA 266 Program Office. The Journeyman Acquisition Specialist/Management Analyst will support and draft program milestone related documentation to ensure compliance with all aspects of the DoD and SECNAV 5000 series directives. Support the development of program acquisition documentation such as APs, ASRs, PIDs, SOW/PWS, funding documents, CDRLs, and APBA. Assess program procedures, practices, philosophies, and documentation for compliance with specifications, contracts, and mission requirements. Attend, participate, support, analyze, provide input, develop, prepare report on briefs, point papers, reports, correspondence, meetings, conferences, and review boards.

Location: Patuxent River, MD

Education: BS or BA degree preferred.

Allowable Substitution: Associate degree plus two (2) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelor's degree. OR Four (4) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree.

Experience: Over 3 to 10 years of experience performing the above functions.

Desired Experience: Over 2 years' experience with UAS. Proficient knowledge in NAVAIR contracting processes and AMS systems.

Security Clearance: Secret Clearance is required. Must be a U.S. citizen.
