Role Summary:Our client is seeking a IT Support Specialists to provide essential technical support within their managed IT help desk service. This role is crucial in supporting internal operations and ensuring efficient resolution of IT issues.Key Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive support for various technical issues, including system setups, troubleshooting, and user assistance.Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maintaining user productivity.Maintain system documentation, including updates and changes to IT procedures and protocols.Support the deployment and integration of new technologies and systems.Manage inventory and asset tracking for IT equipment and software.Offer guidance and technical support to team members, promoting best practices in IT management.Participate in projects that enhance the quality of IT services provided.Qualifications:Education:
A bachelors degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field is preferred.Experience:
At least 2 years of relevant IT support experience, with additional requirements for the senior position.Skills:
Strong knowledge of computer systems and IT components, excellent problem-solving skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Certifications:
Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional, etc., are advantageous.
