Drive organizational solutions that support our talent philosophy to attract, retain and motivate employees. Serve as a trusted liaison and advisor to the Company's leadership team. Facilitate initiatives across the Company by identifying, developing, and implementing effective programs, including talent acquisition, performance management, organizational structure design, diversity and inclusion initiatives, culture, and engagement strategies. Critical to achieving success in this role is the ability to build a strong HR team and business relationships to deliver results in a rapidly changing and evolving environment. Reports to SVP & Chief HR Officer.Develop/interpret/enforce sound and relevant HR policies and programs that support the values, goals, and the mission of the company; effectively communicate these policies and programs.Provide HR expertise and support to department heads and supervisors toward attainment of departmental goals, employee motivation, performance management, and legal compliance issues.Create staffing strategies and implementation plans and programs to identify talent within and outside the organization for positions of responsibility and staff retention. Identify appropriate and effective external sources for candidates for all levels within the company.Oversee annual performance and talent review process with supervisors and department heads.Design the full cycle HR process and strategy, including but not limited to recruitment, talent review, performance management and succession planning, with an exceptional candidate experience to attract and drive new growth.Manage the HR staff to ensure that recruiting processes are centralized and streamlined, enhance communication around recruitment, and provide training.Develop and manage comprehensive onboarding process for new employees in conjunction with HR staff, departments and business partners.Enhance user experience through ongoing management of the HR technology suite (ATS, career site and application experience, talent community and referral portal, recruitment marketing framework, new and existing external partnerships and tools).Drive the use of data analytics to produce people insights and innovative HR solutions for the company's leaders to improve quality decision-making. Identify where inequities exist within our internal HR processes to drive toward equitable solutionsDevelop an employer brand proposition and campaign that promotes our culture to attract the best candidates.Lead, coach, train and motivate Human Resources staff.In conjunction with legal counsel, review potential liabilities and update policies and practices when needed. Lead/conduct internal investigations as necessary or refer investigations for external support.Perform other duties as assigned.EducationBachelor's degree in an HR field or related field/experience requiredExperience10+ years related experience in human resources5+ years of management/supervisory experience in an HR field or equivalent experience.Experience designing, developing and supporting organization-wide talent management programs that cover performance management talent acquisition, coaching, succession planning, data analytics and relationship managementExperience managing, working within and implementing HR/Recruiting software, like ADP, SAP, Workday, etcSome travel requiredKnowledge, Skills and AbilitiesExpert knowledge in full lifecycle recruitmentStrong management and coaching skillsSkilled decision-maker, with transparency in decision-making and managementStrong customer-centric focus with excellent oral, written and presentation skills; exceptional listening skillsAbility to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines and reorganize under pressureAbility to work independently and within a teamProficient in employee relations and resolution conflict. Ability to use discretion in handling confidential informationAbility to create, summarize and use data for quality reporting and decision-makingGood understanding of budget preparation, cost estimating and fiscal management principles and proceduresSolid knowledge and understanding of state and federal laws relating to payroll and HR complianceLicenses / CertificationsPHR/SPHR or other Human Resources certification preferred or equivalent experience
