Quality Manager

Direct the performance and employees of all Quality functionsEnsures compliance to all Customer standardsInterfaces with Manufacturing and Support functionsRepresents the Plant with external customers in quality-related mattersNotifies management of all information pertaining to product or process qualityAssure compliance with OSHA, IATF 16949, CNCA-C11-09:2014 CCC Standards, ISO 14001Responsible for driving Quality initiativesEnsures Quality of all external suppliersResponsible for all launch related activities concerning PPAP, PSO, etc.Other tasks as assignedRequirementsQUALIFICATIONS:Bachelors degree in Engineering Sciences, Business, Management, or equivalent experience requiredMinimum of 5 years experience in Quality Management, preferably in an automotive environmentKNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:Knowledge of OEM Quality Compliance RequirementsExperience in utilization and implementation of ISO9000, QS-9000, IATF 16949, CCC Quality StandardsEvidence of strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication, problem solving, planning, and leadership skills necessaryStrong personal computer (PC) skills utilizing Windows software applicationsMust be able to work in a team oriented environment
