Circuit Card/ Harness Assembler

HART Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced Circuit Card/ Harness Assembler. This position is in direct support of DoD Projects. Candidates who are mission-oriented, organized, and enjoy a fast-paced team environment, are encouraged to apply for this opportunity.
CCA and Harness Assemblers
Responsibilities
Assemble CCA surface mount SMT soldering 0402 and larger components ICs resistors, transistors, capacitors, integrated circuits, and sockets and "through hole" components, such as transformers
Perform installation, soldering, and inspection operations under microscope and other magnifying devices.
Wire Harnessing/Control Box Assembler will be responsible for assembling and wiring harnesses, control boxes, and related components according to engineering drawings, specifications, and quality standards
Must maintain a safe and clean working environment through compliance with procedures, policies and regulations
Assemble wire harnesses and control boxes following detailed schematics, diagrams, and blueprints
Cut, strip, and terminate wires to specified lengths and connections
Install electrical components, such as connectors, switches, and relays, into control boxes
Conduct visual and functional inspections of completed assemblies to ensure adherence to quality standards
Use various hand and power tools, such as crimpers, soldering irons, and wire strippers
Perform testing and troubleshooting of assembled products to ensure proper functionality
Collaborate with engineering and quality control teams to address any assembly or design issues
Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment
Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and efficiency
Many tasks include their own work and/or the review of work of others in the department
All personnel may be required to perform duties outside of their normal responsibilities from time to time, as needed
Work among a team of individuals assembling products for our customers
Where necessary, set up or calibrate equipment, maintain accurate records, prepare reports for identification purposes such as test reports, and move material to and from work areas
Qualifications
Required:
High School diploma or equivalent
Adhering to Company policies, procedures, and directives regarding standards of workplace behavior in completing job duties and assignments
Meeting company standards pertaining to quantity and quality of work performed on an ongoing basis, performing all work related tasks in a manner that is in compliance with all Company policies and procedures
Must be able to understand written work instructions and schematics for a wide range of products to properly assemble the final product
Experience in electrical assembly, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Basic mathematics skills are required
Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
Knowledge of industry standards and safety regulations related to electrical assembly
Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail
Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
Prolonged periods of standing, bending, and reaching, up to 8 hours per day
Fine motor skills for handling small components and tools
Works under general supervision
Basic computer skills
English writing skills
United States citizenship
Eligibility to obtain a DoD security clearance
Desired:
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot electrical issues
Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, diagrams, and blueprints
Proficient and familiarity with standard parts and tools utilized in Surface-Mount Technology (SMT) processes
Willingness to work overtime and flexible hours as needed
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
J-STD-001 Solder Certification
ESD safe procedures and process oriented
Three (3)+ years of direct experience
