The ideal candidate will have a strong background in asset management processes, including auditing and compliance, and will be proficient in using ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM) Pro and Software Asset Management (SAM) Pro. This role requires a strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data, manage asset lifecycles, and support organizational goals related to asset optimization. The Senior Analyst will also represent the team in all Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) activities, ensuring that asset management considerations are integrated throughout the M&A process.Requirements:Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field5-8 years of experience in hardware and software asset management, including experience with audits and compliance and reading contractual languageProficiency in ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM) Pro and Software Asset Management (SAM) Pro is required.CSAM Certified preferredExperience in M&A activities and understanding of the implications of asset management in the M&A process. Legal document review is a plusStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and analyze complex data sets.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and quality.
