This role will be responsible for optimizing the user experience, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and implementing strategies to increase online customer spend.Duties/Responsibilities:To Be… Punctual, cooperative, dependable, and able to take direction;Manage and maintain the companys new SaaS e-commerce platform, ensuring optimal functionality, uptime, and user experience; Monitor platform performance, troubleshooting issues in real-time to minimize disruptions;Liaise with third-party SaaS vendors, payment processors, shipping partners, and other external service providers;Coordinate with internal teams as well as external providers to integrate necessary system updates, patches, enhancements, and the functionality of all third-party tools and plugins;Oversee product listings, descriptions, pricing, and images on the e-commerce site; ensuring all content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with marketing initiatives;Analyze customer behavior and feedback to identify opportunities for improving the e-commerce user experience and boosting product discoverability and search engine rankings;Partner with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute campaigns, promotions, and pricing strategies;Implement personalized and targeted online experiences for B2B and B2C customers;Track and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) such as traffic, conversion rates, customer retention, and revenue growth, as well as recommendations for platform improvements;Provide training to internal staff on the use of the e-commerce platform, including new features and functionality, and act as point of contact for internal staff issues or questions;Open and willing to perform other duties as assigned.Education and Experience:Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, IT, or related field;3+ years of experience managing e-commerce platforms, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment;Strong understanding of SaaS-based e-commerce solutions and their functionality;Proficiency with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Magento, Shopify, BigCommerce) and integrations with ERP/CRM systems;Experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and a deep understanding of SEO and SEM best practices;Experience in working with cross-functional teams (IT, marketing, sales, operations) and external vendors;Experience working in the distribution or logistics industry;Knowledge of digital marketing tools, automation, and customer engagement strategies;Experience with product information management (PIM) systems;Understanding of e-commerce compliance regulations and security best practices.Required Skills/Abilities:Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and experience with customer journey optimization;Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive strategic decisions;Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.Strong communication and collaboration skills;Tech-savvy with an eagerness to stay up-to-date with e-commerce trends and tools;Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Nuts and Bolts of TSI:We were founded in 1947 and are now one of the largest HVAC distributors in Wisconsin. From our distribution centers we provide delivery of product and supplies, along with providing an array of other services including training, business consulting, system design, and technical support, all for our HVAC dealers.
