Syngenta Crop Protection is headquartered in Switzerland.Job DescriptionSyngenta is looking for a dynamic Talent Strategic Sourcing Partner to build a robust talent pipeline of candidates for current and future openings and to identify, engage and convert the best talent for Syngenta across North America. This position will play a critical role in leading all sourcing activities and will work closely with TA Partners and Talent Management. Please note this is a remote based position located in Greensboro NC.In this role, primary responsibilities include:Talent Sourcing and Talent DeliveryAbility to effectively present both roles and our company to candidatesCreate and implement proactive talent sourcing programs to build a talent pipeline for key roles and hard-to-fill positionsConduct research and best practices in talent sourcing

Qualifications

Bachelor degree or equivalent experience5+ years of experience in talent sourcing, using Applicant Tracking Systems, Candidate Relationship Management tools such as SmartRecruiters CRM, and recruitment technologyRecruitment Sourcing experience in a large national or global corporationDemonstrated experience in developing talent pipelines and communitiesExpertise using a variety of sourcing tools & techniques including but not limited to Boolean search, aggregators, automation tools, AIExperience using Market Insights and/or Talent Intelligence tools such as LinkedIn Talent Insight, SeekOut, etc.
