Chemours is seeking a

Senior Accountant, External Reporting

to join our growing

Finance

team! This position will report directly to the

External Reporting Manager

at our

Wilmington, DE

location.

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to the following:Prepare SEC reporting materials such as Form 10Q and 10K, and assist in future offering documents;

Prepare and provide financial data and analyses for quarterly earnings release and various investor presentations;

Analyze relevant financial data such as balance sheet and income statement accounts to ensure completeness and accuracy of the global financials and consistency of financial disclosures;

Compliance with SOX and other internal controls over financial reporting;

Assists in company implementation of new accounting and reporting requirements;

Perform technical research as necessary;

Interact with global controllership and independent public accountants on accounting and reporting matters;

Identify and initiate process improvement teams for functional productivity.

The following is required for this role:BS Accounting/Finance;

Thorough understanding of US GAAP and SEC Reporting

External Audit or External Reporting Experience

Strong oral and written skills

Self-directed and accountable

Strong analytical skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks

Works well in teams with an ability to interact at all levels of the organization

2-4 years experience working at Big 4 or similar public accounting firms, or industry related experience in an accounting and external reporting role.

The following is preferred for this role:CPA (or in process at time of application)

Pay Range (in local currency):$81,715.00 - $127,680.00

Chemours Level:24

Annual Bonus Target:6%
