Manage and complete SEC reporting for various formsManage financial data and analyses for various investorsAnalyze financial data ensuring accuracyComply with internal controls including SOXComplete technical research as neededImprove overall functions and teams for maximum productivityAssist public accountants in relevant accounting duties as neededRequirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field2+ years of experience in public accountingExternal reporting experience is a plusSEC reporting experience is a plus
