Excellent opportunity for an experienced Pediatric or Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic Pediatric Team.
In this role, you will:Assess, diagnose, stabilize, coordinate and manage care of normal/compromised newbornPerform complete physical examinations, analyze diagnostic data, initiate and direct interventions and evaluate treatment effect on newborns.Collaborate with the health team to establish and implement plans of careHandle clinical care of the newborn, while maintaining close communication with parents and pediatricians.Attend all deliveries that require a Pediatric presence.
We require:Completion of an accredited nurse Practitioner program with current NYS Licensure/registrationFNPANCC, PNPExperience with the care of the of ages 0-1 month (Well Baby Nursery)NRP certification and be able to attend deliveriesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills essential
Salary $83K plus experience differential .
