Registered Nurse (RN):
Observe and assess patientsEffect comprehensive nursing care plans for patientsAdminister treatments and medicationsMonitor and report symptoms and changes in patient statusCollaborate with the medical team on patient statusMaintain complete and accurate patient recordsPrepare patients and assist with patient examinations and therapiesModify treatment plans where indicatedAdvise patients on health maintenance and preventative medicineMaintain a safe and clean working environment in compliance with healthcare procedures and regulationsAdhere to infection-control protocolsFollow medication administration proceduresOther duties as assigned by the Unit Manager, Director of Nursing, and Administrator.
Qualifications
of a
Registered Nurse (RN):
High School Diploma or equivalent.Previous LTC/SNF experience preferredRN certification in NJSerious Applicants
