As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Complete Care at Park Place Center, you will be an integral part of our compassionate healthcare team. Your role will encompass a variety of essential tasks, including but not limited to:
Administer medications and treatments.Monitor patient vital signs.Assist with patient assessments.Provide wound care.Document patient information.Collaborate with healthcare team.Educate patients and families.Maintain patient records.Ensure infection control.Implement care plans.
Qualifications
