Responsibilities

of an

RN Floor Nurse (Registered Nurse):

Assessing and monitoring residents health and well-being.Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.Developing and implementing care plans for individual residents.Coordinating and supervising the care provided by Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and other staff.Documenting residents medical histories, care plans, and progress.Responding to medical emergencies and providing immediate care.Collaborating with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.Ensuring infection control protocols are followed.Managing and operating medical equipment.Providing emotional support and comfort to residents and their families.Advocating for residents rights and dignity.

Qualifications

of an

RN Floor Nurse (Registered Nurse):

High school diplomaRN/LPN certification in NJSerious applicants
