AlliedTravelCareers is working with AMN Healthcare Allied to find a qualified RRT in WASHINGTON, Missouri, 63090 Pay Information $1,499 to $1,727 per week About The Position Job Description & Requirements Registered Respiratory Therapist - Neonatal Intensive Care - (RRT - NICU) StartDate: 10/20/2024 Available Shifts: 12 N Pay Rate: $1499.10 - $1727.23 RRT needed asap Night – 3X12 -(7p-7a) Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36 Weekend Hours: As Needed Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP Years of Experience: 1 A Registered Respiratory Therapist’s (RRT’s) duties will include setting up and operating devices such as therapeutic gas administration apparatus and mechanical ventilators, providing emergency care, such as external cardiac massage, artificial respiration, or assistance with cardiopulmonary resuscitation, and maintaining charts that contain patient identification and therapy information. Works in accordance to the mission, vision, and values of Mercy. Required education: High-School Diploma or GED and Successful completion of an accredited respiratory therapy program or technical college for respiratory, with a related Associated Degree or higher. You may be asked to provide proof of education. Required Licensure: Current RCP license in the state of practice. Required experience: Respiratory care, emergency care, and intensive care experience. Strong Knowledge of pulmonary function and pulmonary rehabilitation. Experience with respiratory equipment. Required certification: ACLS, PALS, and NRP. Basic nursery experience is a plus. Float Requirements: Must float as needed EMR: EPIC Scrub Color: Black Must understand English both written and spoken, must be able to safely and successfully perform job-related functions, with or without reasonable accommodation required by federal, state, or local law. Other: Advanced skills in ventilator management, bronchoscopies, hemodynamic monitoring and end-tidal CO2.
