Required Skills:· IV insertion· Blood draws· PICC/Central Line management:· Dialysis Fistula: Will not access, but should be comfortable assessing· A-line management· Obtain 12 lead EKG· Cardioversion/defibrillation· Procedural sedation· CPAP/BiPAP· Ventilators· Trach Care· Traction: Should be comfortable with basic traction splints and assessing pulses. No advanced traction such as Buck's or skeletal· Continuous bladder irrigation· Other skills needed?: Should be capable of caring for pediatric patients, overdose, initial Stroke and STEMI care, lab value interpretation, and comfort and compassion caring for socioeconomically disadvantaged patients.Hyur Health Job ID #1299.
