LD RN Nights and EOW - 36hrs

Job Title: Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery Job Specialty: Labor and Delivery/Post-Partum Job Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Night Shift (07:00 PM - 07:30 AM) Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week Experience: Minimum of 3 years in Labor & Delivery and Post-Partum License: Active Massachusetts RN License Certifications: BLS, NRP, EFM (every 2 years); ACLS preferred Must-Have: Proficiency in Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, Circulate, and Newborn Care Job Description: - Work in a 25-bed Labor & Delivery Unit which includes L&D, Post-Partum, Newborn Nursery, 2 Operating Rooms, and 2 Antepartum rooms.- Provide care in a structured environment with a clinician-to-patient ratio of: - L&D: 1:2-3 for evaluations; 1:1 for active labor, magnesium drip, or epidural. - Post-Partum: 1:3-4.- Engage with a diverse patient population.- Utilize EPIC for electronic medical records.- Operate in a setting with an average daily census of 15-25 mothers, babies, and active labor patients.- No floating required between units.- Engage in straight shifts with potential night call (rotational as needed).- Essential certifications include Basic Life Support, Neonatal Resuscitation Program, and Electronic Fetal Monitoring.- Additional Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support certification is preferred.Join our team to provide dedicated care to mothers and newborns in a supportive and innovative environment.
