to join our Corporate Partnerships team! The Account Strategy & Corporate Partnerships Manager – West Region is responsible for developing national corporate partnerships to support Feed the Children’s mission and carry a portfolio of $500k-1M. The Account Strategy & Corporate Partnerships Manager – West Region is responsible for cultivating corporate relationships to generate significant levels of cash donations and to establish opportunities for strategic and meaningful levels of engagement with these partners.NOTE: This position is a remote position and the ideal candidate will reside in the Western part of the United States; however, all qualified candidates will be considered nationwide.Job Requirements:Education:Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent with emphasis in business, communications, or another related field is preferred.Experience:4+ years of overall experience working in a fast-paced sales and/or fundraising environment with an emphasis on corporate sales and/or business development required.4+ years of overall experience identifying, initiating and cultivating relationships with sales prospects required.4+ years of experience strategically managing multiple complex projects while meeting established deadlines.Demonstrated record of success in generating significant financial commitments. Equivalent experience and success in business development and corporate sales will be considered in lieu of fundraising experience.Experience developing relevant and compelling presentations and proposals to generate new revenue required.Experience establishing relationships with senior-level individuals at Fortune 500 corporations and foundations relevant to immediate cash funding opportunities required.Experience establishing relationships with others through innovative, persuasive and collaborative ways by demonstrating excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills.Any combination of education, training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the essential functions of this job may be considered.Essential Functions:Grow corporate partnerships and revenue.Direct all aspects of planning and leadership for major corporate partners and other prospective partners, timely development of agendas, proposals and contracts, ensuring alignment of proposals with the partners CSR goals, manage the execution of the partnership and preparation for renewals.Establish long-term partnerships, strengthen existing relationships and initiate new contacts with key corporations for deep and wide partner engagement.Design, implement, and manage a comprehensive development plan to research and identify sources of support, develop strategies to generate new proposals based on corporate guidelines and interests, and expand and enhance strong communication ties with corporate donors and prospects.Identify emerging business leadership and industry trends with a special emphasis on developing high value-exchange relationships to identify, evaluate and cultivate five- and particularly six & seven-figure cash donations to help support the mission and goals of Feed the Children’s programs.Maintain a rigorous schedule of contacts with corporate representatives, creating and developing highly-compelling presentations and comprehensive fundraising proposals.Develop in conjunction with Feed the Children’s programs team a strong understanding of Feed the Children’s strategic programs and initiatives and have the ability to position them to meet the goals and objectives of corporate partners and prospects.Ability to develop and execute cause marketing partnerships.Partnership implementation and monitoring:Execute all duties necessary for the successful implementation of the partnerships, including cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Programs, Marketing and Communications, Legal, Corporate Product Procurement Team(s) and other stakeholders, as appropriate.Coordinate with Feed the Children’s Programs, Marketing and Communications and/or Corporate Product Procurement team(s) to travel with key corporate partners, where the strategic and ongoing value of the relationship justifies such an investment.Maintain strong reporting and tracking processes plus monitor against established funding milestones. Maintain documentation in CRM.Ensure all partner activities/results are monitored & reported in a professional manner to internal and external stakeholders; serve as lead for partner stewardship reports while working with the Marketing and Communications team to develop each donor report.Responsible for the tracking & compliance of travel budget.Domestic travel required up to 50% of the work week during peak season. 15%-20% off peak season.Attend relevant and key Feed the Children campaign and organizational events as necessary.Support events as assigned and perform other related duties as required.Additional Responsibilities:Maintain regular attendance and punctuality which are critical in order to complete the day-to-day tasks of this position.Establish an environment of high performance and continuous improvement that values learning, a commitment to quality, welcomes and encourages collaboration, and fosters both intra and inter-departmental dialogue and respect.Model the type and level of behavior, professionalism and personal leadership that is in accordance with the values of the organization.Perform other related duties as required.Travel:

The domestic travel requirements for this position are estimated to be up to 50% of the work time during peak times, 15-20% during non-peak times.
