Payroll Specialist

We are currently seeking a Payroll Specialist based at our HQ in Frisco, TX.Responsibilities:Provide customer service to all levels of employees and management, including but not limited to answering inquiries in a timely manner, providing assistance with payroll corrections, and working closely with Payroll Specialist I and HR partners.Manage payroll processing in a fast-paced environment with accuracy and in accordance with SOX and internal controls.Load and enter payroll data from multiple sources ensuring appropriate balancing.Review payroll reports to identify potential issues and resolve discrepancies.Troubleshoot errors associated with the payroll system.Manage payroll overpayment process and assist in recovery.Process off-cycle checks as requested.Manage bank ACH returns issuing replacement checks.Support audits and regulatory requirements according to Federal and State rules.Keurig Dr Pepper (NASDAQ: KDP) is a modern beverage company with a bold vision built to deliver growth and opportunity.
