Job Description:As an experienced Technical Sales Manager, you will contribute to the growth of integrated circuit solutions business sales. Company is looking for candidates with strong technical skills in Design Automation, FPGA, or ASIC Design to work with their Mil-Aero and Industrial customers.Additional duties include the evaluation of customer requirements and estimates of effort/expenses for potential new business, and participation in identifying problems with and improvements to, internal design methodologies.

Essential Duties & Qualifications:Search for new clients who might benefit from company products or services and maximize client potential in designated regionsDevelop long-term relationships with clients, through managing and interpreting their requirementsPersuade clients that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price, and deliveryDevelop technical and cost proposalsProvide pre-sales technical assistance and product educationMeet regular sales targets and coordinate sales projectsSupport marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences, and other marketing eventsMake technical presentations and demonstrate how a product meets client needsWork collaboratively with other members of the sales team and other technical expertsResponsible for presales technical engagements.Close business by providing technical sales support during various stages of the sales cycle.Travel up to 30% is anticipated. Ability to work with customers to understand their high-level requirements and design solutionsResponsible for understanding the technical requirements and forecasts realistic customer requirementsSupport business case developmentContribute to the development of the overall ASIC architectureSupport of the IC Design, Test, and Product teams during the development

Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Master's degree preferred5+ years of experience in the Semiconductor industry.3+ years of experience in Design Automation, FPGA, or ASIC DesignExperience working with Mil-Aero customers and/or Industrial customers a plusProven track record of documenting technical requirementsExperience working with systems that include some of the following: linear and switching voltage regulators, high/low side power switches, digital drivers, amplifiers, ADCs, SPI, CAN, microprocessors, thermal considerations, EMC considerationsUnderstanding of analog, digital, and mixed-signal design fundamentalsMust have strong technical documentation and verbal communication skillsCandidates must possess excellent organizational skills, good English oral and written communications skills, and a high level of interpersonal skillsMust be a self-motivated team player with the ability to work in a customer oriented, fast-paced, and demanding environment with minimal supervisionLeadership qualities: Integrity, attention to detail, goal oriented, and motivated to improveSkilled in use of common computer applications - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
