We are seeking an experienced and dynamic

Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) TEMP

to join our team on a temporary basis. The HRBP will act as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing expert HR guidance and support in areas such as employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, and organizational development. This role will be critical in driving HR initiatives that align with our business objectives, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Staffing : Ensure all departments are fully staffed and operating efficiently. Provide HR guidance to line management during recruitment processes.

Onboarding & Training : Oversee the entire onboarding process, from start to finish. Participate in the evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure they meet objectives.

Employee Relations & Support : Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting thorough and objective investigations. Assist with terminations, performance improvement plans, and warnings. Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention. Foster a supportive environment where employees feel heard and comfortable communicating with HR.

Performance Management : Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management and assist in developing contract terms for new hires, promotions, and transfers.

Legal Compliance & Audits : Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to employee management, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Conduct HR-related audits and partner with the legal department as needed.

Employee Benefits & Compensation : Clarify and explain employee benefits, address inquiries, and provide necessary training. Manage compensation, including payroll processing for both regular and sales employees, and oversee time off management, including sick leave, paid time off, and holiday calculations.

Vendor & Budget Management : Negotiate with vendors to ensure cost-effective use of systems and services. Ensure HR budgets are adhered to and funds are used efficiently.

Workforce Planning & Policy Guidance : Provide input on business unit restructures and workforce planning. Offer HR policy guidance and interpretation, ensuring all employees fully understand.

HRIS Management : Oversee the Human Resources Information System (HRIS), ensuring it is utilized effectively to support HR operations.

HR Data & Analytics : Manage HR data and analytics to inform decision-making, track key metrics, and drive continuous improvement in HR processes.

Other Responsibilities : Perform other related duties as assigned to support the smooth operation of HR functions.

Required Skills/Abilities:

Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies.

Ability to acquire a thorough understanding of the organization’s hierarchy, jobs, qualifications, compensation practices, and the administrative practices related to those factors.

Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Proficient with ADP Total Source.

Proficient with ZipRecruiter, Indeed and LinkedIn.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

3-5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR role.

Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Experience in a temporary or contract HR role is a plus.
