The Division is home to attorneys advising in various aspects of the healthcare industry, including providers, payers, and companies in the life sciences industry. This position presents unique learning opportunities and has a proven track record of producing successful young partners, providing the right candidate with a robust platform to develop and grow a thriving health law practice.Qualifications:Qualified candidates must have practiced at least three years in a law firm with health law experience, representing a health-related regulatory agency, or in the healthcare industry. Regulatory and transactional experience advising healthcare providers, insurers, device and/or pharmaceutical manufacturers, or health information technology companies is required. Experience advising managed care plans is a plus.Active license in the applicable jurisdiction or the ability to waive in to practice is required.
