Here, you will make an impact by:Meet and/ or exceed sales growth targets within assigned geographyManage a robust hopper of sales opportunities and activitiesManages, supports and builds relationships at key converters and OEM customers.Develop and implement business plans and strategies at key converter customersTrain and support key divisional partners at OEM accounts.Company VehicleThis position requires driving a company vehicle, which will require pre-employment and ongoing review of motor vehicle history for candidates who are offered and hired for this positionYour Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Bachelor's degree or higher

(completed and verified prior to start)

from an accredited universityThree (3) years of selling experience in a private, public, government or military environmentPossess a current, valid driver’s licenseAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Previous experience in tape converting industry or within 3M industrial market centerExperience calling on and managing corner office executive level relationshipsSkills include: Presentation skills, CRM (Salesforce.com), written and verbal communication, business planning, salesSales Territory: Northern CaliforniaTravel: May include up to

This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
