Join our diverse team of problem solvers as we add new chapters to the history of spaceflight!We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Director of Application Software to lead our software development initiatives and manage critical applications. This position requires extensive knowledge of Costpoint ERP, Exostar, Coupa Procure-to-Pay, and Windchill PLM. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in application software leadership within a large-scale manufacturing environment, preferably in aerospace.Responsibilities:Lead and oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise application software solutions.Manage the integration and optimization of Costpoint ERP, Exostar, Coupa Procure-to-Pay, and Windchill PLM systems.Develop strategic plans for software development and application support that align with business objectives.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, engineering, procurement, and IT, to ensure seamless integration of applications.Drive innovation and continuous improvement in application software processes and methodologies.Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices.Manage budgets, resources, and timelines for application software projects.Mentor and develop a high-performing application software team.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.Minimum of 10 years of experience in application software development and management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.In-depth knowledge of Costpoint ERP, Exostar, Coupa Procure-to-Pay, and Windchill PLM systems preferred.Proven experience in the aerospace or manufacturing industry.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to earn trust, maintain positive and professional relationships, and contribute to a culture of inclusion.Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.Benefits:Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance.Retirement savings plan with company match.Professional development opportunities.Flexible work environment and supportive company culture.Inclusivity Statement:
