The Oracle Dedicated Cloud Product Management team is looking for a motivated Product Manager to work across Dedicated Region Cloud @Customer (DRCC) and Oracle Alloy . Your primary objective is to engage across the Field and customers to understand the commercial and technical requirements to ensure product alignment with the Go-To-Market strategy and drive this within the Dedicated Cloud portfolio. You will be responsible for documenting Dedicated Cloud requirements, engaging across service teams to establish alignment and translating this into outbound messaging for those critical features.

This requires both technical and product knowledge as you will face a broad range of requirements posed by internal and external sources with the challenge of determining the appropriate path forward. Understanding the technical dependencies of a service while applying an aptitude for the customer experience. With good organization skills you will collaborate with colleagues to provide the right insights.

A successful candidate will have a passion for product management and some experience with developing products. Experience in gap analysis and documenting requirements and key metrics. Equally important is a proven track record of establishing positive relationships with internal, external product teams as well as customers in all forms of communication.

Responsibilities

Drive large scale change across multiple Oracle organizations.

Write product requirements as an input to product design.

Identify and define commercial models, products, and features.

Represent product roadmap and strategy to customers and collaborators.

Define, measure, and manage customer experience and business performance goals.

Proactively identify and resolve risks and issues that might otherwise derail projects.

Be an advocate for the customer through the product lifecycle.

Create content to help enable customer success.

Manage internal stakeholders through suitable gates to ensure a successful outcome.

Qualifications

2+ years of relevant hands-on product experience with cloud or enterprise software.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to define and shape the business strategy for multiple large product areas.

Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in related subject area.
