Responsibilities
Manage Samsung’s social media content calendar to ensure that Samsung is tapping into emerging trends and relevant moments in culture, tech, and sports.
Maintain active community management presence across Samsung’s owned social media channels.
Producing valuable data reports to make informed, strategic recommendations for Samsung’s social content strategy and tactics.
Collaborate with PR, strategy, and creative teams to execute major initiatives & branded campaigns.
Organize planning and creative execution of social content.
Stay informed of industry regulations and guidelines related to social media content, ensuring compliance and ethical standards are met.
Qualifications
5-8+ years’ experience in managing social media accounts for well-established brands.
Strong project management skills and experience running operations within a social media team.
Strong attention to detail with good editorial judgment, accuracy, and sensitivity.
Passion for and/or experience in consumer electronics and technology a plus.
Experience with Reddit and Discord campaigns a plus.
Great communicator in both written and verbal form with impeccable copywriting skills.
Ability to process and interpret complex information and turn difficult concepts into easy-to-understand and persuasive copy/messaging.
Familiarity with agency management.
Must be able to prioritize and handle several projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment while adhering to shifting deadlines.
Video and photo editing skills are a plus.
