Revolution
is looking for a Team Lead to join our team in Little Rock, AR. This is a full-time job opportunity, with generous benefits and overtime hours available. In addition, this position offers growth opportunities in a stable and safe work environment.Coordinate training with team members.Communicates and coordinates daily issues with other supervisors.Must be aware of production requirements.Understand the order sheet specifications.Troubleshoot machine issues.Must know and enforce all company policies.
Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent GED preferred.Management experience required.Extrusion experience required.Ability to work a fixed night shift on a 2/2/3 schedule.Minimum three years of experience in an industrial environment.Familiarity with resin conveying systems preferred.Experience with automated manufacturing equipment required.
