Job Description
As a Lead of Project Managers, this resource will be focused on managing, implementing and
standardizing the ERP systems and Infrastructure across one of several divisions. This role reports to the
Director, IT PMO. They will work with the project managers on each ERP system to drive process
improvement and business transformation. They need to be able & willing to travel (up to ~30-45%) to
sit shoulder-to-shoulder with company users and assist with the IT implementation and advancing to a
more modern system. We're looking for someone with strong experience overseeing system
implementations in the field service, construction, or industrial space. This role is a leadership role
within the company -- leading a team of project managers responsible for projects in Pye-Barker.
Additionally, you will provide essential support, leveraging your strong background in Microsoft Office,
SmartSheet and other Project Management tools

Skills and Requirements
Over 15 years of total experience with 5-10 years of PMO Leadership in areas like project and
program management for financial system implementations and business field software.
Previous experience in business transformation and process improvement focused projects.
Experience managing implementation projects in the field service, construction, or industrial
space is preferred
Expertise in Microsoft O365, Teams, and SmartSheet and the ability to provide advanced
support in data analysis and reporting.
Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information
by leveraging a strong blend of business acumen, analytical prowess and technical expertise, in a
clear and understandable manner.
Extremely likeable personality, excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to
foster collaboration, manage stakeholder expectations and build trusted relationships across all
organizational levels.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to different learning styles and preferences null
