Job DutiesOversee daily processing of cash receipts, adjustments and research for the loan portfolioProcess and balance payments for all investors and Third Party dealsReview and process disbursements for Loan ServicingAssist with upgrade process for existing owners.Maintain systematic and organized support documentation and filing for all Loan Servicing.Review new loans and set to active status in Harland.Maintain and Update owner accounts based upon various daily processes and proceduresTest and Update Servicing Director Loan Servicing system as necessaryAssist team members and Portfolio Services staff with questions.Respond to email requests and owner telephone calls subject to monitoring and recording for quality and complianceCarry out any reasonable request by management, which the employee is capable of performing.
Required Qualifications:High School Grad / GED0-3 years related experience6 months - 3 years processing, receiving payments via checks, credit card, wire transfers, etc.Previous general accounting experience with AP Processing, General Ledger, Bank ReconciliationProficient in Microsoft Office productsMust have a good command of Excel functionsPossess strong organizational skills and attention to detail
