Job Description and Requirements
The Business Loan Servicing Representative will assist the Business Loan Servicing Manager with various duties as listed below in regard to Queue, Commercial Real Estate, SBA and Participation Loans.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:Knowledgeable and efficient in servicing of all Commercial loan products.Proficient navigation within the DNA servicing system, LOS, MBL Share file and any other web based vendors.Able to work efficiently while maintaining a high level of member service in work-group environment.Answer calls and e-mails related to payments, reversals, corrections and payoffs.Work with member to obtain current hazard and flood insurance, update ticklers and core system.Prepare and process payoff letter requests working with Title Co., Loan Officer and member.Provide support to Business Loan Servicing Manager in pulling and reviewing daily reports.Work with Loan Officer and member on setting up and changing ACH for loan payments.Assist with the follow-up and tracking and monitoring New Loan Exceptions by contacting title companies, insurance companies, etc. for updates and or corrections.Assist with the research of payments that were processed in error for both commercial and SBA loans.Process SBA loan payments with our third party vendor (MBL).Able to update Core system, update Ticklers in Sageworks, work with Minitor and Flood Policies and renewals.All other duties as assigned (note: essential functions and responsibilities may change or new ones may be assigned at any time with or without notice).Requirements:
High School Diploma or GEDMinimum one year previous Business Lending experienceAbility to use phone and automated loan system effectivelyStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to assist with a heavy workload in a fast paced environmentStrong proficiency with Excel, Outlook and WordMust be able to work on Saturdays as neededPreferred: Experience with DNA
