Also responsible for review of ledger data and financial transaction processing. Uses skills as a seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of industry practices and organizational policies and procedures; resolves a wide range of issues in imaginative as well as practical ways. Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. The expected pay range for this recruitment is $77,000- $95,000.00 (Annual).

Required:Proven ability to effectively present information verbally and in writing in a clear and concise manner.Proven ability using spreadsheet and database software for complex financial analysis, fiscal management, and financial reports.Proven interpersonal skills with peers throughout the organization; strong service orientation and critical thinking skills; and attention to detail. Proven ability using organizational skills to multi-task in a high volume environment.Ability to adapt to changing priorities.Ability to function as a member of a team.Thorough knowledge and understanding of fund accounting, internal control practices, and their impact on protecting University resources.Skill in coordinating and compiling information from numerous sources, analyze complex data, see the overall picture, and summarize financial reports for higher level managements use in planning and decision makingDemonstrated ability to work independently on multiple tasks and set priorities.Ability to use commercial PC-based software including Microsoft Windows and Office.Effective, polite, and responsive oral and written communication skills with technical and non-technical people.Bachelor's degree in related area and / or equivalent experience / training.A minimum of 3 years of experience In Financial budgeting, forecasting, analysis, and reporting within a complex organization.

Preferred:Thorough knowledge of finance policies, practices, and systems.Knowledge of campus, University, State, and Federal financial policies and procedures.Advanced knowledge and experience using the campus Data Warehouse for research and reporting purposes.Skill in reading and comprehension to understand, apply, and explain complex policy.
