Job Description:This contract role will focus on project management for the transition. The applicant must have experience with hospital transitions from an Infrastructure perspective.This contract position will be required to lead the infrastructure components of a hospital transition from current platforms deployed to Client's standards. This technical project manager should have an excellent understanding of: networks, systems, desktop engineering, identity and access management and other core infrastructure components to help lead the transition activities.
Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesRequires advanced knowledge of project management principles, theories, and concepts. RequiredWorking knowledge of technology-related initiatives and an understanding of impact to the organization of such initiatives. RequiredDemonstrated capacity to anticipate obstacles and plan for contingencies. RequiredDemonstrated attention to detail. RequiredDemonstrated ability to determine relevance and prioritize tasks. RequiredDemonstrated effective writing skills. RequiredDemonstrated competency in adhering to project management methods and techniques. RequiredProven leadership ability. RequiredEffective problem-solving skills. RequiredDemonstrated ability to effectively communicate with all levels of an organization. RequiredExperience leading a team of technology professionals. RequiredAdvanced knowledge of all aspects of computing and communications including hardware infrastructure, networking, cloud, security, storage, desktop engineering, unified communications, collaboration tools, software, operations and disaster recovery. RequiredDemonstrated experience in hospital transitions (from an IT perspective), infrastructure system migrations, etc. Required
EducationBachelor's degree in related area and/or equivalent experience/training – 8+ years RequiredProfessional certification preferred – BS in Computer Science or equivalent degree Preferred
