This role offers an excellent opportunity to collaborate with a tenured team in a dynamic and growing location.LocationDutiesRepresent national retailers, restaurant operating companies, lenders, developers, corporate end users, private equity, institutional investors, and deal sponsors in investment and development transactions.Handle matters related to commercial real estate, including development, investment, financing, leasing, and lender representation.Collaborate with colleagues across the firm's national real estate platform.RequirementsAt least 10 years of meaningful experience in commercial real estate.Strong understanding of traditional real estate matters, including title and survey due diligence, purchase and sale agreements, corporate governance, joint ventures, and real estate finance.EducationJuris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.CertificationsAdmitted to the Tennessee Bar.SkillsExceptional writing, analytical, and communication skills.A small book of portable real estate or transactional business is preferred.Strong academic credentials.
