HCA Healthcare has committed up to $300 million in programs to support our incredible team members over the course of three years.We are looking for a dedicated Case Management Virtual Onboarding Director like you to be a part of our team.Job Summary and QualificationsThe Case Management Virtual Onboarding (CMVO) Director of Education is primarily responsible for the assessment, planning, coordination, and direction of the virtual onboarding education development programs to support the CM organization. This position is responsible for the development, maintenance, and delivery of comprehensive onboarding education programs. The CMVO Director of Education will remain abreast of the education needs of the new hire onboarding, including new systems, tools, and process training by working closely with the Hospital Case Management (HCM) Education Director.Major Responsibilities:Executes the annual CMVO education strategies.Prioritizes CMVO education projects based upon the needs of the business and in accordance and alignment with company strategy.Works collaboratively with the CM Education team to develop education standards.Develops and implements CMVO website strategy.Leads the CMVO communication plans related to cohort implementations.Manages the administrative work for the CMVO cohorts including tracking cohort members and attendance, setting up classes, managing assessments, scheduling classes, and maintaining the CMVO curriculum.Teaches the curriculum CMVO program including all core content and conducting one-on-ones with learners.Develops a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.Communicates timely and effectively in a matrix environment.Works independently with minimal guidance. Acts as a mentor and supports colleagues.Performs other duties as assigned.Education & Experience:7+ years of professional experience required.5+ years of experience in Education Team Management preferred.5+ years of experience in education development processes (ADDIE), instructional design, and adult education theory required.3+ years of experience in e-learning tools including Articulate Storyline and Captivate preferred.Registered Nurse - Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in the state in which he or she practices required.HCA Healthcare (Corporate)
