Job Summary and QualificationsThe Case Management Virtual Onboarding (CMVO) Director of Education is primarily responsible for the assessment, planning, coordination, and direction of the virtual onboarding education development programs to support the CM organization. This position is responsible for the development, maintenance, and delivery of comprehensive onboarding education programs.
Major Responsibilities:
Executes the annual CMVO education strategies.
Prioritizes CMVO education projects based upon the needs of the business and in accordance with company strategy.
Works collaboratively with the CM Education team to develop education standards.
Develops and implements CMVO website strategy.
Leads the CMVO communication plans related to cohort implementations.
Develops the operating model for the education process including intake requests, governance prioritization, approvals, course review, and sign-off.
Manages the administrative work for the CMVO cohorts including tracking, class setup, and scheduling.
Teaches the curriculum CMVO program including core content and assisting learners with technology.
Develops a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
Communicates effectively in a matrix environment.
Works independently with minimal guidance.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Education & Experience:
Bachelors degree required, Masters degree preferred.
7+ years of professional experience required.
5+ years of experience in Education Team Management preferred.
5+ years of experience in education development processes required.
Registered Nurse - Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in the state in which he or she practices required.
