We are looking for a dedicated Director HR Strategic Sourcing like you to be a part of our team.Job Summary and QualificationsThe Director Pharmacy Benefit Management Strategic Sourcing is responsible for managing all aspects of the contract for the HealthTrust PBM Program which has $5.8B in annual spend. The position is responsible for managing the master services agreement with the PBM supplier partner and ensuring that all contractual obligations are met.The ability to travel up to 15%, including overnight travel, is required for the role.What you will do in this role includes:Manage the master services agreement with the PBM supplier partner.Negotiate terms and conditions of the master services agreement.Draft and review pharmacy benefit management contractual language.Ensure all contractual obligations are met for both HealthTrust and each client.Analyze and interpret various data sources and reports to ensure compliance.Support the financial operations of the PBM Program.Manage the Human Resources Advisory Board.Develop and grow relationships with Board members.Assist in the development of the PBM Program strategy.Provide other PBM Program management support, as needed.What qualifications you will need:Bachelor’s degree in business or management-related field required.PharmD or other advanced degree a plus.Minimum 7+ years of experience with a pharmacy benefit manager or a large employee benefit consulting firm.Minimum 5+ years of experience with employee benefit contracts.Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Registered pharmacist a plus.Advanced knowledge of employee pharmacy benefits and PBM operations.Advanced knowledge of contract negotiation strategy.HCA Healthcare has been recognized as one of the World’s Most Ethical Companies by the Ethisphere Institute more than ten times.
