We are looking for a dedicated Senior Director Clinical Resources like you to be a part of our team.Job Summary and QualificationsThis position is responsible for leading, developing, and implementing a strategic supply expense management program for an independent hospital to an integrated delivery network (IDN) that supports supply chain initiatives. This position is also responsible for recruiting, directing, managing, and evaluating the facility or system Clinical Resource Management Program.What you will do in this role includes:Provides leadership in the area of supply expense management.Develops, implements, and coordinates policies and procedures related to supply cost management and supply chain operations.Interacts and develops relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Establishes and meets supply expense savings goals.Provides cost-saving enhancement strategies.Demonstrates financial acumen by interpreting a hospital’s spend profile.Executes an established clinical supply expense improvement agenda.What qualifications you will need:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Health Administration, or Nursing is required.Graduate degree is highly preferred.A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a health care-related role.Previous experience in supply chain, value analysis, clinical supply expense management, or sourcing.Advanced computer skills with MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.We are a family of 270,000 dedicated professionals!
