We engineer modern businesses to improve everyday life. Cognizant Consulting is the Cognizant business analytical and advisory group that drives Cognizant's digital innovation and transformation strategy. Our Energies & Utilities practice is expanding, and we're looking for an industry leader to help grow our offering on the urgent need toward grid modernization.ResponsibilitiesServe as a Consulting Leader, bringing domain expertise in ADMS, Grid Modernization and Utilities to Cognizant's clients.Own and develop a book of business and actively engage in business development efforts.Exercise quality assurance for engagements within your remit.Engage in key account expansion, sales leadership, and internal executive stakeholder partnering.Maintain expertise in your industry and be a trusted advisor.Support and develop a long-term vision for the practice.Mentor and coach consulting associates; lead people development activities.Participate in industry panels and forums to promote Cognizant's capabilities.Qualifications12-20+ years of experience in deep domain or extensive cross-sector business management.A background of extensive management consulting leadership.Experience with GIS, ADMS, as well as sales pursuits.A successful track record of setting and achieving engagement targets.Possessing a robust network of contacts and presence in professional organizations.International experience supporting global initiatives is a plus.Work AuthorizationCognizant will only consider applicants for this position who are legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
