Senior Consultant

who can deliver within Cognizant's Five Pillars of Consulting Excellence: 1) Project Execution, 2) Expertise, 3) Business Development, 4) Practice Development, & 5) People Development. As a Senior Consultant, this means partnering with clients and project stakeholders to clarify requirements and support delivery of effective solutions; applying technical and domain expertise to solve core client business challenges or inefficiencies; developing and strengthening domain knowledge; supporting business development activities of senior leaders; contributing to the development of practice initiatives or new service offerings; and being an inspiring colleague, promoting team motivation, partnership, and ownership for projects.ResponsibilitiesStrong Product Owner skills including backlog grooming, refinement, prioritization, feature/user stories creation, sprint planning, lead & contribute agile ceremonies.Contribute to co-creation of product vision of strategy tied to portfolio goals.Keep a close track of the sprint deliverables. Work with the team and deliver features as per the milestones, lead sprint demo.Manage technology projects or multiple technical and Line of Business workstreams within the broader project or program.Provide insight on best practices and common obstacles based on prior experiences.Communicate OKRs, product roadmap, upcoming releases project status and issues regularly to stakeholders.Build and maintain effective relationships. Proactively foster communication between internal and external project stakeholders.Perform continuous product discovery and offer valuable solutions that align to product OKRs.Define and maintain a healthy backlog, operating consistently in adopting organizational standards.Support business development and practice development initiatives by creating mindshare artifacts in the airlines and travel space.Qualifications:Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.Minimum of five years related work experience as a product owner.Undergraduate degree in related field (Computer Science, Engineering) required.Airline domain knowledge is highly preferred.Prior experience in Loyalty is highly preferred.The embodiment of Cognizant's Core Values of: Work as one, Raise the bar, Dare to innovate, Do the right thing, Own it.Location:Dallas, TX (Mandatory).
