Senior Consultant
who can deliver within Cognizant’s Five Pillars of Consulting Excellence: 1) Project Execution, 2) Expertise, 3) Business Development, 4) Practice Development, & 5) People Development.ResponsibilitiesStrong Product Owner skills including backlog grooming, refinement, prioritization, feature/user stories creation, sprint planning, and leading agile ceremonies.Contribute to co-creation of product vision and strategy tied to portfolio goals.Keep a close track of sprint deliverables, working with the team to deliver features as per milestones, and lead sprint demos.Manage technology projects or multiple technical and Line of Business workstreams within broader projects or programs.Provide insight on best practices and common obstacles based on prior experiences.Communicate OKRs, product roadmap, project status, and issues regularly to stakeholders.Build and maintain effective relationships, fostering communication between internal and external project stakeholders.Perform continuous product discovery and offer solutions that align with product OKRs.Define and maintain a healthy backlog, presenting items to squads and external team members.Support business and practice development initiatives by creating mindshare artifacts in the airlines and travel space.Qualifications:Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Minimum of five years related work experience as a product owner.Undergraduate degree in a related field (Computer Science, Engineering) required.Airline domain knowledge is highly preferred.Prior experience in Loyalty is highly preferred.Embodiment of Cognizant’s Core Values: Work as one, Raise the bar, Dare to innovate, Do the right thing, Own it.Location:Dallas, TX (Mandatory).
